Turned kauri cuff-link box (or similar purpose) with hand painted image of Maori chief on the lid, and with lake shore landscape around sides. Painted by M. Thomson and used as a presentation box to W. Moylan esq. fro his New Zealand friends on his happy visit to Maoriland.
